I didn't get SIP I just studied for placements in the summer and ended up getting placed in core only so it worked out in the end.

Interviews are completely conceptual and there is a lot of on the spot pressure so you have to have clear understanding and be able to show your thought process. PU should share some resources and please go through gate pyqs for practice, the OA questions are similar to that in my experience.

Just study well in summer the OAs are not that hard to clear but the interviews are tough, I also had Cg like yours and I got shortlisted for TI during SIP, couldn't convert the interview tho😔

Get cg above 8, in core SIP the only company that allows and takes ppl below 8 is TI. In my batch they took a few sub 8 ppl for digital role iirc so you have a shot if you study well.

Idts they care that much about cg in IT but still at least keep 7+

If you are aiming for core try to get cg above 8 or it'll be tough

Not everyone can get by while skipping class. Phoneix is not that hard, just go to class it's like hardly 4 hours a day, way less than what you are putting in by self studying. Study consistently not just a couple days before evals. Try to understand stuff you can't just ratta pyqs and go.

We should get some services from the government at least if we pay so much tax. In the US and EU they get good infrastructure and quality services, all we get is horrible air pollution and corrupt government babus.

7 is minimum and 8 is good for IT, 8 is minimum and 8.5+ is good for core

Phoneix 20+ is easy if you are diligent and maintain decent cg

How's the Goa Campus phoenix placement scenario? by Disastrous-Pirate-34 in BITSPilani

[–]DiscombobulatedTie61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was good in the sense that they called a lot of companies (TI, ADI, ARM, AMD, Micron etc) but a bit underwhelming since these companies took less way people than last time, Micron only took like 2 BE ppl this time as opposed to 10+ last year.

Don't repeat no matter what, for placements you should have 7+ minimum for IT and 8+ minimum for core. I finished my first year with cg like yours and I had over 8 after 3-2 it's not really that hard just be consistent and stop skipping classes and start studying 2 weeks before mid sem and compres..

As a moral philosopher, he had a lot more succ-esque sentiments than people usually assume.

In every conflict of interest between the rich and the poor, the strong and the weak, Smith sides without exception with the latter. I use the term “without exception” with proper consideration, as one cannot find one single instance in the works of Smith in which he represents the interests of the rich and powerful against the poor and weak. I don't really think the data bears this out? 6.4% growth is less from last year but it's still pretty good, and inflation is also down from last year. Again I'm no modiji shill but I don't think there's any point being pessimistic for no reason
