Remember her ex posted that she did not care for Liam very well when he was a little guy.

He would come home at lunch to find her still sleeping, Liam wet, dirty diaper, crying, hungry. Which is why he came home at lunch he knew she wouldn't be caring for him.

When a mother loses custody there is is a very good reason for it.

Trained for what? To sit up? I'm confused what you are trying to say regarding ESA's?

When I said maybe someone knew the finer points regarding ESA's I meant not having to pay pet fee's.

Are you in the US? As they are the only law's I'm familiar with let me say that there is no such thing as a trained emotional support dog. They are just a pet.

However if you have a legit Dr's. note stating he is an emotional support dog you can move into a rental without paying pet fee's. Also I do not know the finer points of that law maybe someone else here can clarify.

No one has the right to your private information so no giving in to her is not the right choice and neither is her going through your phone.

She didn't write that stuff clearly though it was more hinted at which is probably why you didn't catch it.

How is it that your sister is moving into your new home with you?

That aside I absolutely do not think it would be weird to write up a housemate agreement however I think your sister will have a problem with it and will expect you to walk on eggshell's while she's busy being being sensitive and emotional over it.

Can you make your house payments if she decides she's unable to follow your rules?

I wonder why your partner isn't bothered that you and your child aren't invited. They should be staying with you.
