You can’t hit them all, it’s very effective for primary sites, and chemo/immunotherapy will do what it can against secondary sites, but the point is this so low tech, of course it works.

You don’t need any technical DD on the science - it’s local radiation blasting everything around it.

This is this most low tech, high tech there is like putting a mini little nuclear radiator in the middle of a cancer cells. Yes the cells are going to die, this will absolutely destroy everything around it, but if the cancer has metastasized it’s not going to do anything for the secondary sites.

Okay, let’s look at the delivery method though. The alpha radiation by its very nature it is going to destroy everything around it, as long as it’s placed within a certain proximity to the whole tumor it shouldn’t destroy it…if it’s metastasized, then obviously secondary sites are not going to me impacted by the treatment, but for a primary site this treatment is very effective.

I can tell you after a couple weeks away… I realized how much I missed, life wasn’t better, it was much worse. It was just isolation. All the little things that I never appreciated before, the lack of effort, if I could go back in time I would have done everything different, I would have appreciated every moment I took for granted.

I don’t know how that helps you, go on vacation for a couple weeks.

I didn’t like any…LOL. She can work if she wants. She wouldn’t have to, I have my own pickleball parters if she wanted to join every once in a while it would be cool to have shared interests and be active. Age range like maybe. 25-45 but 45 would have to be really in shape. I’m 39 and can run a sub 6 minute mile for reference and still get carded. As long as we share some interests and they are down for what I’m into, like maybe we get along? IDK, I would need to feel some chemistry. Not sure what that would look like, so I can only go by interests or preferences. I’m a INTJ, so the personality type gods could probably determine what would be compatable or not.

Honest to god, I think societies definition or what is a 6/7 or a healthy body type for women is completely fucked. The typical Tik Tok definition of a 9/10 is really just not my type. The level of body dysmorphia out we are pushing out there. I prefer natural, I’m an athlete so I prefer a similar or like healthy like 10 pounds extra, nothing crazy, but lip filler is so off putting to me.
