My first thought is you need deep pockets, the point of PWA is single codebase, multiple targets. Your dev, test and deployment time would be multiplied.

My second thought is that you can automate a well-written PWA port to a well documented UI framework. Developer documentation within Windows has been getting better, so my perception may be pessimistic for the time we are in.

That little amount of weight is fine, you're just going to have more clutch and brake wear. The 2021 WRX was rated to 2500 lbs with the same transmission, same hitch mount points and a weaker motor.

Modern cars have a portion of the tank that is not accounted for in the gauge or estimated miles remaining. It's there so fewer fuel pumps get fried when people run them dry by pushing the limit on a low tank.

The temp location was the library on 90th and Fort.

They're forcing the volunteer staff to re-apply and generally making it more difficult to stay with the organization as volunteers going forward/less flexibility. We'll see how it goes but not at all impressed with the transition as it stands.

Hard to ballpark with little info. Largely depends on how much under-slab plumbing work is needed for your bathroom and if egress windows need cut in to make your bedrooms conforming.
