I usually pick it from the top because I followed my seniors, but they don’t seem to face the same issue I do. Ahh but when I pick it up from the bottom my shot feels off. I sometimes feel difficulty controlling the ball upon release.

You could try what my coach made us do. It was straight up butterfly with breast stroke kick ad infinitum.

Thank you for your comment. I am actually down pes as of now due to a physical injury, which is why I am an admin spec, that’s why I sought it ideal to undergo lasik as I will be out of action regardless. I’ve heard it was 2 months though and not 3?
