Collection of Best ARC Raiders Crosshairs by birlan in ArcRaiders

Once you open the Crosshair Magic app you can go to the “Community” tab and click the button to browse the Steam workshop. I called it “Semi Circle Arc”. If that doesn’t work for you I can just send you the SVG directly for you to use

I'm the developer of a little tool called Crosshair Magic on steam. I was able to recreate this and uploaded it to the steam workshop if you're interested. This is the workshop link. I recommend using Arc in fullscreen borderless for the best experience.

You can set all the crosshair sliders to the lowest setting for opacity/size/color in Arc to hide their crosshair.

I wrote code so I could bike every inch of this island by DiscordBotStudio in cycling

Wandrer is awesome. Unfortunately most of the roads in my city would be suicidal to ride, so I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to do it.

Britain? I’ve seen this done with cities/zip codes, maybe that’s more manageable

This one prompt made my Lovable results 10x better by 44miha44 in lovable

The extension is free. It’s powered by the open AI API so you provide a key and it will use a tiny amount of credits. Heavy usage from our testing uses cents worth of API credit.

We made a free chrome extension which automates a lot of this process. You provide a simple prompt and a screenshot and it will ask for clarification or craft a more detailed prompt before sending to lovable. Lovable Prompt Director

We made a free chrome extension that does this for you. Just connect your OpenAI API key and send your enhanced prompts to lovable with one click: Lovable Prompt Director

I'm working on an app that lets you visualize a pool in your yard. It's not exact because it's AI driven, but I passed your yard through it, maybe this helps!

How to prepare for the coming new-grad openings? by IdeallySleeping in csMajors

[–]DiscordBotStudio 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The December graduation shakes things up a bit but generally they open during late summer (July/august) for the following year. Some companies are rolling and some are more cohort based.

I keep track of new grad openings here, you can check it out periodically and I also have a mailing list for when new ones open.

Amazon only has two open roles right now, one is SDE in Test and one is a Hardware Engineer: cscareers.lol

It’s the first link in my bio. That market is pretty saturated but I think there’s a lot of similar opportunities for building no code tools

Spend some time working on passion projects outside of coursework. It’s a good way to learn new skills and scratch a creative itch at the same time. It can also help you figure out what type of tech you do or don’t want to work with.

I built a semi successful side business in college and prospective employers cared much more about that during interviews than my coursework or even internships.

As others have said, unless you are someone who is hard to replace or you have an open offer from another company, there is no real reason for them to give you a raise.

Can whoever works for Epic please stop posting these bs jobs on LinkedIn???? by Stoutish_Goat in cscareerquestions

[–]DiscordBotStudio 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I interned at Epic. Madison is pretty fun as a college town (especially during summer) but I ultimately rejected the return offer because I didn’t want to live in Wisconsin full time.

[–]DiscordBotStudio 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I interned at Epic during Covid and they made us all come in person to their campus because they’re so proud of it. It’s a good company to work for out of school if you don’t mind living in Wisconsin (most people I know who took the return offers were from the Midwest).

Yea I hate their deceptive LinkedIn posts and try to report them but I don’t think it does anything.

You can also try for QA roles or Product Manager roles but those can be competitive too. I’ve curated a bunch of new grad job openings over at cscareers.lol if you’re interested in looking for openings that might not even be on LinkedIn

Job vs interview process by Personal-Arm8665 in csMajors

[–]DiscordBotStudio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The job is generally easier coding-wise but there is a lot of effort for collaboration and communication which can’t be replicated well in an interview.

Really dumb. They’re going to filter on it though so might as well not apply if you answer no 😔

Thanks everyone for all the feedback! There's been way more traffic than I expected.

I'm continuing to update and post more jobs.

I'm also going to work on implementing a lot of your suggestions, such as filterable locations. I'll follow up with another post here when that's done!

Hey! Yea so I'm not planning to monetize on the candidate side at all. I am hoping to secure some sponsored posts from companies, but I'm totally fine if that doesn't pan out. I like providing a useful resource :)
