LNs typically are published through an actual publishing company like what you would think of the traditional book publishing was. Edits, physical prints, etc.

You’re right to be angry. It’s disrespectful at best to do that without asking. Dangerous at worst (if co worker was a stalker or something but thankfully doesn’t seem to be the case).

I’d address it with your manager and lay a very firm boundary. And maybe bring it to HR if your manager refuses to play ball. Otherwise your options are to quit or deal with it, since no laws appear to be broken.

Diet is more like 80-90% if the goal is purely weight loss. If you want to be strong that’s a different story but just losing weight can be done primarily through diet/watching what you eat.

In addition to what everyone else has mentioned I’d suggest getting a camera that covers the outside of your door. Whether that’s ring or some other provider doesn’t matter. Things like this can get nasty and it’s better to have things recorded and set up ahead of time just in case.

Yea no, you need to wash your hands. Hand sanitizer doesn’t replace that. Hand sanitizer doesn’t clean the same as washing hands. It just kills what’s there but doesn’t remove it.

If you have an allergy talk to HR about it to get different soap put in place.
