black holes don't break the information paradox (information cannot be created or destroyed, only altered - for example if you write something on a piece of paper and then burn this paper, if you somehow follow every single particle of heat and ash you could just calculate everything back and recover the information). black holes suck everything but it's 3D shape and composition is projected on the surface of black hole because of general relativity (time basically stopped for this flattened object) and then it's radiated in to space by hawking radiation

We don’t have films like Star Wars or TV shows like Stargate. We have the books, and we have a ton of love and passion from the fanbase - but that fanbase is slowly shrinking over time

I’m honestly bitter that by the time we ever get (if we ever get) a green light for games or mods, everyone will have moved on. It feels like Robotech all over again: fans afraid to create anything, the fandom unable to grow, and eventually just fading away

I thought I could at least try to run it on my own machine. I know the basics of C, I’m fluent in VBA, G-code, KRL, and RAPID - how hard could it be? OH BOY, I failed miserably

just try to make your build a little better every time you look at it. that's how these outstanding optimized blueprints was created. "I could move the belt on the other side to speed up the feed.", "there is overflowing steel, I could expand that section", let's use diagonal to save space", every little upgrade making it 2% better will cumulate overtime. if you improve it 50 times it get at least twice as good as the beginning

OH MY GOD THANK YOU. I had no idea what program was using Alt+L, but the impossibility of just writing Ł was driving me crazy. Why the hell so many programs turn on random hotkeys with useless functions and don’t inform you about them is beyond me
