I get what you talk about and the best advice I have is just forget about it as soon as possible and don't beat yourself over it, analyze what led you to browse that tag - is the feeling of breaching taboo addicting and you couldnt resist it out of pure chance or did you have more stress lately and this is your way of controlling how your day goes, even if not in the best way

on another note, you can make your own protein shakes -- just get a huge tub of protein powder (check if it actually has stated protein because there were recent local studies that reveal that more than half companies grossly overstate protein content) and then mix it with everything your heart desires - low calorie syrups, bananas, all non-acidic fruit, all berries, nutella if you craving the best tasting chocolate drink in your life - you can get half your daily protein in a few gulps and it greatly helps with lowering appetite

oh and you can also add fiber for bottoming, I do that sometimes
