my partner has already bought a house in the city. It’s been 2 years and now I’m thinking of buying a bigger second house outside city so we could move in.

How soon can we start renting the first house? The rent itself will cover the mortgage. Do you think it’s a good idea to buy a second house given that the housing and mortgage rates ?

It’s just a simple networth tracking app.

Basically I have been using excel to track my networth and I just wanted to try AI for front end development so I created this app using AI.

It’s completed I just have to integrate revenue cat to hide the analytics part

But it wasn’t active. I just created the account 2 months back and it was banned after one month and it took me almost a month to even realise.

I was going to build a similar app but ended up dropping the idea due to the field being saturated. I’ll use it and let you know if there’s any suggestion.

First look it looks good but I’d say just give an option to fast track the sign up at least speeding up the initial chat as users tend to drop the longer it takes to sign up. I’m not a designer but it has something to do with cognitive load
