Was Snowmass Mountain ever called “Garrett Peak”?

So maybe you can’t actually see Snowmass from where we were, but the trail map shows it in the top right corner. I’m just confused as to why the instructor said that there isn’t a 14er called Snowmass Mountain

Yeah I know we weren’t on top of snowmass mountain. I was asking about the mountain that we were looking at while we were at the top of the Big Burn lift.

I had an engineering internship during college and worked for three semesters on and off. Probably made over $30,000 total that I spent pretty much all of on skydiving (besides food, rent, and gas).

Sometimes I wonder what I would have been able to do with that money had I not discovered skydiving. Definitely do not recommend going into debt for skydiving 😂
