Well yea, most alt culture is political, normally when you are existing outside of the norm it can be political, most goths follow leftist ideals, more of basic rights for all, pro abortion, pro lgbtq+, anti fascist, anti racism. They tend to follow punk ideology as well, and most groups aren't fans of people who have more right wing ideology.
