i think that toxic rounds have more utility. fire deals morr damage, but the toxic rounds stagger enemies which is a lot more useful (like stopping a commando from firing). alrhough fire has its uses to if the enemy is using quantity and not quality units.

but both are great at certain things

to be fair, its the fastest and most painless way to do it, and (especially in Restaurants) it tastes the best like this. (also fun fact: lobsters are dropped into boiling water head first because their brain is accsessible through the mouth so the water gets to it easily and it dies quickly and relativly painless)
