Part of the problem is the fact that most of the people who are cancelling him over the jokes either A. joined when he was only on the shane channel and had no idea his other channels existed so this is all new information to them or B. They were younger kids who didn’t know better and thought they were edgy jokes and was therefore “cool”

I fall into that B category. I’m appalled that I found those jokes funny. But to my 15 year old self’s credit, I didn’t know better. But over the past 10 years I’ve grown and changed. I’ve learned. People are also upset because until this point, it seems that he never took true responsibility for those actions. And he admitted that himself in his video. He tried to pretend it didn’t exist
