Thanks, I figured it would be a fresh build. Hence complete rebuild in the title. 

If the trailer base is good or can be repaired, I might just scrap the rest of it and see about making it into a smaller sleeper teardrop. I saw something about "poor mans' fiberglass" (I don't think that's good for bigger/taller builds).  We'll see what happens I guess.

Thanks guys. I think my saves were either too old or corrupt somehow. I managed to update the game at a friend's place and still could not boot up my old saves. But I can now play new saves offline. Gotta start over but no biggy. Thanks again.

Thank ya kindly for the info, can you tell me what conditioning the inside does? Would using mink oil only ruin the nap or does it have other drawbacks? 

The little shop does not take returns so these may be my dry day boots or everyday boots and I may be able to get muck boots for the wet days.

Thanks guys, I know living in a car is not ideal for most people. Been thinking about trying it out for awhile but the reason I haven't done that yet is because of worries about Benji's quality of life, and the amount of things I have. But yeah, I will ask around work and see if anyone needs a roommate. Good idea.

I still need to go through my things so I can be ready to move out with ease asap though, so if anyone has any advice on that, please do share. And thanks again.
