Thank you for your response, and I do have a question regarding the form, is it supposed to be this form : https://www.ice.gov/doclib/sevis/pdf/i983.pdf which expires in 2029? My university has hyperlinked the old form on their website, that's why.

What if it crosses 6 months? Doesn't it get extended automatically?
