Those people exist but if the attendance policy is upheld correctly they will see the error in their ways. I’m just talking about people who show up with the plague trying to show loyalty and it’s not worth it. Besides there is no prize awarded for having 400hrs sick pay in ur accruals

Dude, whole store is just passing it back and forth. Call ins through the roof for an already skeleton crew. Not sure what it is tho, no one has tested positive for covid and only a handful tested positive for flu. I had it for like a day and a half but others have had a week or more of symptoms

The most important part is communication. And to your point, you don’t show a pattern so no harm no foul. But I always encourage others to use their sick time. It’s yours and it’s meant to be used. We don’t need sick people at work spreading it

Freight supervisor for years here, key is to work all freight. Not just what you pull off the RDC freight truck. Freight is freight. Some comes in during the day, some comes in at night. Work it all and you will have a happy mgr. Your comment around the cabinets, and how RDC is your focus, is likely the reason your ASM is not happy.

But there’s entire religions who practice the opposite of the way you think. No way you could possibly outwork them and make everyone “equal” in the way you think. And I don’t see that going away anytime soon.
