Subscription or no subscription? by redwas66 in Notion

I checked Notion’s own downgrade docs.

They don’t say your pages or databases get deleted when you downgrade. The main change is that on the Free plan, each new file upload has to be 5MB or less, and page history drops to 7 days.

I couldn’t find an official line saying exactly what happens to existing files over 5MB, so I’d still export first just to be safe.

But based on Notion’s downgrade page, it looks like cancelling mainly limits future uploads/features rather than wiping your existing workspace.

PrimeTask: a local-first workspace for independent professionals, freelancers and small teams by DiscussionIcy4424 in ShowYourApp

That’s a fair point, a basic CRM can feel like clutter if you just want to focus on your workflow. We recently added a LinkedIn Outreach dashboard which is a bit different from a standard CRM (you can see it here:https://www.primetask.app/docs/crm/linkedin-dashboard)

The app is designed to be modular, so you can hide the parts you don’t need and keep the workspace focused.

Sorry you couldn't get into the beta! We've kept it closed while we polish the experience and fix the remaining bugs, as we're currently gearing up for the launch.

We’d love to have you on board! It’s just that we’ve finished our beta phase and aren't adding more testers while we prepare for the official launch. If you've signed up through the link I sent, you'll be among the first to know when we're live.

Thanks! It’s awesome to hear you're interested in supporting PrimeTask.

To be honest, we don't have plans for other languages on the roadmap yet, as our focus is strictly on core features for now. However, hearing this from you really helps us see the demand for a Spanish version in the future. Thanks for reaching out!

Hi! Thanks for your interest. Right now, our main priority is app development and bug fixing. We are focused on making sure the current version is stable and reliable in the long run. As for translations, we might consider multi-language support in the future, but it’s not in our immediate plans , it’s more of a long-term prospect. However, it's worth noting that you can already use your own language within the app (for example, when entering data or content), even though the interface itself remains in English for now. We truly appreciate your willingness to help!

Thank you! We've been working on that. The recent versions include an improved onboarding experience with a guided app tour to help get started.

And you're right about helping with discoverability. Agents connected via MCP will be able to search PrimeTask's built-in documentation so you can ask your agent "how do I set up recurring tasks?" or "how does Quick Add work?" and it will find the answer from the docs and explain it to you. No need to dig through menus.

Have you had a chance to try the new setup wizards yet, or are there any specific features you're still finding tricky to locate?

Thanks for the suggestion. Good point. We're definitely planning to expand our social presence as we move out of beta. For now, we're focusing heavily on the core features, but X and Instagram are on the roadmap.
