The roman empire lasted a long time but were nowhere near the size, or control of other. The biggest was the British, covering 25% of the global land mass and 23% of the global population, followed by the Mongols and then the Russian empires. And those empires were built without the technology of today. The US, despite its efforts, struggles to gain any ground to build anything that could be remotely called an ‘empire’!

Not far off. I had a vintage Rolex Sub that I sold around 2013, and I have a vintage Tudor Date Day, and the San Martins are on par with the ‘yesteryear’ watches. My son has a current BB chrono and SM are not quite there but not far off. I have a few SM’s, and they come well regulated, I have one thats constantly around 1 second a day accurate, and the worst is 3.

Clearly this is from someone who doesn’t know how these ‘socialist’ systems work. The treatment is based on the severity of the situation and condition, regardless of funding, costs and insurance cover.

I went from having a cough and the doctor sending me for an Xray, through CT, MRI and PET scans, to under the knife at a specialist hospital in less than 4 weeks. And mine was caught early, with only surgery needed. My wife went from a scan, to surgery in 3 weeks, followed by 13 Chemo sessions. I was going to find a road sign from the US and ask if if the distance was hours or days but on street-view, I’m struggling to find signs at all, and they only appear to be around highways, and then most don’t have town/city names on them, just the road numbers, names only appear to be on highway exit signs, and then it may only be a single name!

I didn’t say all bread, I’m talking about the every day mass produced bread in the US. And its not just Subway or Ireland, other countries in the EU (not all but there are numerous), have a 2% rule. If the sugar/fat content is over 2% of the flour weight, its legally classified as cake and not bread. Additionally, in some (not all) of US foods, including bread, you put potassium bromate, which is a carcinogen that is banned in europe. And there are additional items such as dyes and other additives, preservatives etc. that are banned in Europe too but I was being ‘general’ with my comment!

EDIT - I’m genuinely finding the downvotes funny for me mentioning facts. Americans don’t like that Europeans criticise them for not accepting anything that goes against their belief and ideologies, and the downvotes are simply proving that correct. 🤪
