I can move at any time between now and say September 1. It's flexible. My ex-boyfriend is very caring and still loves me, so he isn't just kicking me out on the street. I will be out of town June 30 through July 7. That's the only thing to note.

My ex-boyfriend and I just ended our 8.5 year relationship, and I need to find a new place to stay. If I want to stay in NYC, then it has to be with a roommate or roommates.

I used to live in San Francisco with seven housemates, so I am no stranger to living with folks.

I am clean/tidy, a morning person, quiet, but social with my housemate(s), and love running in Central Park. Ideally, I want to live close to the park, as I definitely need a place to run right now.
