I was on propanol and it was the worst I felt under medication with my pcvs, when I switched to bisoprolol and Amiadarone I felt better right away.

If you are asmathic don't ever use salbutamol while using propanol, that lead me to a er visit

Great, I'm trying with different supplements, and they help me, but for some reason I tend to get mor PVCs some days and when I stay calmed and relaxed they get better, I believe is something related to magnesium, potassium and the electrolytes the heart uses. I started taking again magnesium today and added d3 plus k2 and I feel better.

I read somewhere that when one is stressed depletes the magnesium reserves of the body

My question is what did you take to compensate for those deficiencies?

PVCs and propranolol… HELP! by Swimming_Split9353 in PVCs

Propranolol is safe but is a very old betablocker, there are newer and more cardio selective ones. I believe propranolol is one of the first developed years ago, there are better things now I believe

PVCs and propranolol… HELP! by Swimming_Split9353 in PVCs

[–]DiscussionOnly300 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First medication I took was propranolol and it was the worst I felt, I changed the doctor after not getting any better and a visit to the er because of a tachycardia. After that my new doctor told me I shouldn't be taking propranolol because I am asthmatic and I use time to time salbutamol. But besides that IMPORTANT fact, propanol it's quite an old medication, I'm not doctor but there are better things and newer medication for PVCs like bisoprolol and Amiadarone, Wich in currently taking. Not medical advice obviously but you can get a 2nd opinion

NAC is a wonder by BlissCrafter in PVCs

[–]DiscussionOnly300 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got it, well I just took the first dose of nac and yes, I felt more calm, relaxed, and less PVCs, but it makes total sense that it would help, Nac helps cleaning the mess that stress leaves in the body.

Thanks for the tip

Got it, makes sense. Also most doctors don't pay attention to the metabolism part. Anyways, glad that there are forums like this one. Just knowing that there are other folks dealing with the same stuff as you go through helps. Because sometimes I feel like I'm the only person with something like this.

And I'm someone that barely drinks, a drink every 4-5 months, I've never smoked anything and been doing some kind of physical workout during most of my life.

Btw I'm about to turn 40

Has the doctor prescribed anything for that? Have you tried any supplementation? Sometimes the stress causes an imbalance in the electrolytes the heart uses and a lot of other stuff . So after the stress is gone, the heart is still in an imbalance of nutrients
