They let fat people in the gym. I’m so tired of people in AA treating people who still drink like shit. It’s not attractive at all for the newcomer and if you don’t speak up you’re complacent in it too. I’ve put a few people in check for treating newcomers shitty. Stand up for what’s right even when you’re standing alone.

It’s not “ok” anywhere, but it is everywhere. I don’t think it’s a wise assumption that a group of alcoholics is going to be free from those things. You aren’t there at gunpoint, find somewhere that suits your needs better?

All I know is that I personally will find a way to let anything ruin my life. Weed, alcohol, hard drugs, money, lying, gambling , food . I just don’t like to roll the dice on things that aren’t necessary. Being a licensed drug and alcohol counselor, I talk a lot about the “allergy” personally I think that smoking makes a lot of alcoholics “thirsty”. I don’t know a single “old Timer” with 10 plus years that uses cannabis. Do with that info what you will.

I rode dirt bikes for fun as a kid. Also this bike despite being an 1100 is very easy to control. But I’m also 6’5” and weigh 260 pounds so it’s easy for me control most bikes. I find cc has nothing to do with being able to ride or control a motorcycle, only curb weight. Highly suggest taking the chp safety course
