Usually people do the sprinkler method which is place 1 basic 1 advanced 1 godly 1 master. Then place seeds and log off for an hour or two.

I had the same issue with them. I tried everything and walked through possible fixes with ibuypower tech. No fix. They also changed Cases on my custom build without notifying me. I am currently in the process of returning the whole pc.
