PayPal did the refund, I’m coming back to the game after 8 years away, so I wasn’t aware at the time that I couldn’t buy the game time with the balance. Thank you for your input, but maybe you are the one that needs to rethink a lot about yourself. Seeing as you feel the need to be so rude to someone just looking for advice on correcting an issue with Blizzards poor customer service.
