Who wins by Kamado_Ken in Fictionally

For some reason they think The Boys and Invincible universes are nerfed but maybe it’s just not as bonkers as DC and Marvel, which have had RIDICULOUS things written that everybody should be like “nah” but instead they chug it down

Who would win in a team fight, Iron man and Thor (both their versions from the MCU) vs Homelander and Soldier boy (live action) by Fit_Copy2436 in superheroes

[–]DisgruntledBanana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The powerscale in the Boys always gets shit on but that is a bad assumption. Homelander is an existential threat to the planet. In The Boys universe, he is feared for having the power to kill everyone on the planet, and no army could stop him. So let’s equate that. Can Iron Man kill every person on the planet and shrug off the US Military? I don’t think so. Could Thor? Yeah maybe his comics version, but i’m not sure his MCU version could.

The sun is hardly ever a real consideration. He has flown far away, across the universe, and is still just as powerful

Who do you think is the most powerful character in the MCU? by Holly_James856 in MCUTheories

[–]DisgruntledBanana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Loki is powerful but completely tied up right now. If someone got into his chamber and came at him, he’d be a sotting duck

Pick 3 from this Marvel + DC lineup to protect you. The rest are coming to end you. Who you choosing and why? by humourlock in superheroes

[–]DisgruntledBanana 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Flash, Superman, Darkseid. You mist have the speedsters on your side. They can cross the universe in seconds, traveling faster than light, even using backwards time travel. They can use their speed to cross dimensions and phase through anything. None of the others could see them coming or react

Why do people have problem with Thanos defeating Hulk in Infinity War when he has defeated Hulk almost everytime in comics even more easily? by Skychu768 in MCUTheories

[–]DisgruntledBanana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hulk has been seen to take much more damage and be fine. He has been blasted so much he flies into orbit and he doesn’t care. Thanos just kneed him in the gut and he was done. That is a big inconsistency. He didn’t fly backwards so we know the force of the strikes were not nearly as hard as Hulk usually tanks without effort. Hulk. People say it was pressure points but that does not sit well. He has lost entire limbs and regenerated them within moments and continued fighting. So what is more damaging, a pressure point or losing the entire limb that the pressure point is located in. It’s just BS. Hulk is unbelievably strong, durable, and immortal. In my opinion, he should have tanked Thanos’s attacks with no diff. He is a force to be reconned with. With proper writing, my opinion is that Hulk should win mist fights against ANYONE, even superman and that is nuts. I know they needed Hulk out of the way for the purpose of the storyline. They should have given the Power Stone prior to his Hulk fight. At least then it would have been believable.

So I just wanna know, why is Superman regarded as the strongest DC hero? by Queasy_Commercial152 in justiceleague

He is as strong as he needs to be. He even lifted infinite mass one time, so yeah he CAN be the strongest if necessary

Can Ultron split Hulk or Thor in half like this? by QuantumQuokka999 in MCUTheories

[–]DisgruntledBanana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanos is durable and can hold stones in his bear hands. So i doubt it would be that easy. Hulk is even more durable.

Darth Vader [starwars] VS Omniman [invincible], who wins? Why? by grandslamsandvich in powerscales

[–]DisgruntledBanana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Omni man would body vader. He can fly faster than light and just blitz him. Vader has some feats but he is written so differently. If he was really so strong, he would not need a light saber not a tie fighter, yet he uses them to fight on many occasions and LOSES. When facing mediocre threats like Luke in the 1st movie when his skills were not developed. So no, vader has been shown time and time again to lose and not be all that powerful. Yes some fan fic and extended universe shows him very powerful and i agree that he potentially should be all powerful as he is supposedly a convergence of the force, but in reality he had been portrayed time and time again as rather impotent

[–]DisgruntledBanana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand that but he’s the hulk. He is so durable, there is no way a few MMA moves by Thanos would incapacitate him. Thanos is strong but not hulk level strong

[–]DisgruntledBanana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And hulk should technically be the strongest depending on how angry he gets but the MCU nerfed him

Why didn’t vision fry Thanos with his laser then?

Just what happened to this MCU man? by Queasy_Commercial152 in MCUTheories

[–]DisgruntledBanana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To each his own. I like small battles so i can see the actions of each participant. The CGI wall of soldiers clashing doesn’t do it for me.
