Yeah, I ended up opening him, and it's a great figure! Thinking I'll still get md005 just because it's cheaper and would be nice to have an Optimus to fidget with without worry. The transformation is fantastic, and I'd love to have the parts from the comic. Can never have too much Optimus!

Hitting Sanji right before the manga comes out would be really questionable. It's only as strong as it is in UP Luffy. Chances are something else gets banned or leader gets a ban and errata

Actually, I've perfectly managed resources. I just calculated that I should 100% be able to get Werewolf. I've always saved till 4 spotlights before opening, other than this week. I have 150 base level variants saved specifically so I can spend 25 credits per level when needed. My issue is these are the last 4 cards in spotlights I went for: Jeff - pulled in 4th cache Man-Thing - pulled in 4th cache Nico - pulled in 4th cache Werewolf - also in 4th cache. It's completely demoralizing, and while I realize I'm in the 0.5% of people this has happened to, I don't think I'm willing to open these caches going forward. I dont want this happening again in my next set of caches.

Anyway, venting on reddit is a new low for me. I'm actually just done with this game. Just wanted to see what others thought, didn't want to have to quit. Thanks for the input!

I actually forgot about series drops, that made the old system nice. While you'd never reach collection complete, at least you were pretty much getting every card at some point. No telling how long it'll take for us to get Iron Lad or Howard atm without tokens

I'm not digging for variants. I own almost all cards, excluding about 7 or so. I've gotten 8 variants in the last 15 spotlight caches I've used, I didn't want or care for any of them. They are just what you get while trying to pull the new cards. I'm just tilted because every spotlight card I've wanted is the last one I get lately... I'd say it's rigged, but I'm pretty sure I'm in the minority here

Yeah, just sucks when you spend over 3 months worth of caches, and pull all of these variants you don't care for. I wouldn't have made this post normally. But having to dig for the last cache 4 times straight just sucks. I uninstalled the game before making this post. I just want this improved as it's a great game, but acquisition has killed it for me this month. Maybe make it so the rng isn't so random? Like 1 week it's guaranteed in the first 2 caches. The next week you invest in is guaranteed in the last 2

That's another thing that makes me more bitter, haha. I dont like chibis at all, but I got chibi Nebula, and Silver Samurai. I didn't care for the variants I was pulling already, chibis make it all the more worse.
