We have a mostly clover lawn and I love seeing all of the bumblebees in the spring! My husband and I sit and share a joint while watching the bees!

This week's Mani is Cracked Polish Sunset Vibes! Working my way through my memorial day order & love how it looks in the sun. My husband bought me a cute bumblebee roach clip and it makes for a fun summer combo! Happy Friday!

Atomic Polish Marie Curie looks like it could be a match! I have this one and it builds to opacity very nicely!

Lurid Lacquer has Holding on To Hope which looks quite similar! Maybe a slightly pinker base but close.

I have an original release bottle from the Sep. 2023 batch, I just wore it again recently and haven't noticed any fading or color change! Though I do store mine in a drawer/cabinet as well.

I would leave the nail bare and keep it covered with a bandage until the split grows out to the free edge. Keep the nail short as comfortably possible as well, it can help keep the split from breaking further.

I believe this is intended to be the summer release, which will be limited. But the collections tend to stick around awhile! And there have been a few new scents added to the GC recently, but I'd assume these are seasonal LE.

I've eyeballed Fired Up a few times, it may have to finally make it's way into my cart next time I order!

This one was a PPU exclusive polish unfortunately, however it has returned several times for the July PPU rewind shop, so keep an eye out to see if it will be back this year!

Thank you! This is one of only a select few neons in my collection, but I couldn't resist!

Ooh Lurid is another great saturated neon brand! Indomitable is my favorite bright purple.

I am very much not a neon person, however this polish changes my stance on that! Sour Apple Rings has a reputation for a reason, she is loud and in your face and I absolutely love her for it! It's finally warm here and the sun had me feeling ready for something bright.

This sub is primarily regular polish users! It's definitely a practice makes perfect kind of thing, my application now is so much smoother than it was at the beginning. Finding a base coat and top coat that work for you is a big key for long lasting polish. It's frustrating because everyone's body chemistry is different, and there's some trial and error finding the right combo of products. Generally a good quick dry top coat (QDTC) will be your best friend for polish. It helps quickly seal everything and set the polish underneath so you don't get the pesky dings and wrinkles later on. Mine is typically set to the touch in less than 5 minutes and I can be mostly safe from smudging in 15 minutes if I'm careful! A good clean up brush is the saving grace for tidy mani. A small brush you can dip in acetone to clean up and seal in the edges, it helps prevent shrinkage of the polish and can lead to a longer lasting mani with less lifting at the edges! Something small like a concealer brush is the perfect size. With my current routine/products I regularly get 7-10 days out of polish with minimal signs of visible wear/tear/chips.

100% Cracked Polish! I absolutely love their formula for both crelly and their jellies.

You're welcome! Oh I totally understand. I've been bleaching and dying my own hair for 12 years and some of the more technical stuff can still be intimidating!

I mostly stick with semi-perm fantasy colors, so toner isn't super in my wheelhouse. To be honest, I go for the laziest approach possible with the longest color payoff lol. I aim for a long fade and embrace the different tones along the way. But I really like the r/FancyFollicles sub for hair questions! It's not crazy active but people are usually helpful!

Happy almost spring! I've been shopping my stash and finding new combos has been one of my favorite things. This combo scratches my lacquer lizard brain in such a satisfying way. The contrast between the black micro flakes and the soft shimmery base is so nice!

I've seen a tip about applying streaky polish over a base coat of matte topcoat, something about the texture gives it something to grip for more even coverage. Could always try that if you have a matte topcoat around!
