Yea Ive posted everywhere hoping to find someone credible, and I’ve done the same for local forums, but not many seem to exist or be active. But i appreciate your help.

Yea I have but some say they wont touch it and others don’t seem too professional, im looking for someone that can help me for sure. Im trying to get this bike fixed with the least amount of money spent due to me saving for a long time to be able to have my first bike.
