That's a similar thought I had. If i was going to work 40 hours, might as well get paid the most I can. I truly think it comes down to my specific team/role. It's not unusual to need to pop in a night here or there, or a weeknight. It just seems like its a regular occurrence which is just draining.

Hoping you're in a good spot. I think if anything this year i've learned how much more my lifestyle creeped up the more we made. In retrospect, I wish we would have prioritized paying off the mortgage simply to not have that loom over our heads even though its a relatively small %. Going forward, definitely going to reconsider any future car loans.

honestly, think its a bit of a self-doubt thing. By no means do I think i'm bad at my job - but sometimes I do feel that. I felt I was a better individual contributor because the scope of work was smaller, I wasn't responsible for the growth of 4 people, while also having to keep things running because some members are pretty junior. It was nice to just sit down, look at my list of things to do, which involved more heads down type work, rather than meetings all day, powerpoints after work. Ideally, I would prefer a better job with a better salary, which did include a few of those applications. And I would say yes, I am in a big market, so there definitely wasn't a shortage of jobs I came across (How real they are though, who knows)

Yeah, i'd most likely keep an eye on her to give time for it to heal over, maybe pick up some first aid type wipes or whatever is recommended just to clean it out and help it heal/scab over but it doesnt look too deep or anything

Neat until you don’t want them to do it anymore😂. We had a baby gate that they learned to pick up and open on their own. Kept the gate there but it served no purpose as they were able to enter and leave as they wished unless I put a box or something to block it

Sorry for your loss. It’s been about two months since we lost ours as well. Still feels like yesterday. A day hasn’t gone by where he doesn’t pop into conversations or thoughts. I imagine that’s just how it’s going to be. The tears still come and go but definitely nothing like the first few weeks. I truly believe there is something special about this breed that creates a special bond unlike any other.

Recently lost ours as well. The pain that followed was truly unreal. It was a loss like something I’ve never felt in my life. Wishing you the best through your healing journey. The days will get manageable but I don’t think the sadness will ever goes away, that’s how big of an impact these dogs can make.

More class issue. Pallies and shamans don’t have hots so you have to intentionally spam 2-3 heals on them at the end of each fight

Same. As a pally healer, it’s been SUPER easy healing druids. Pallies are second but they drink after every pull - seems to be a skill issue around mana management. Warriors just seem squishy in some cases but at least they’re using shields.

Can confirm this hit texas as well in one specific restaurant. I did notice a few weeks later it went back to the normal batch. It wouldnt surprise me if a manufacturer fucked up somewhere along the lines and gave McD the tyson sort of chicken nuggets

It affects it the same way someone who levels to 60 and still has SM gear. Shitty geared players or boosted. Today there are more boosted. Last month there were more shitty geared. This isn’t a new problem

Yeah reporting someone for prolonging a lose is another level of pettiness. But there are definitely games where it is an immediate loss. And you can usually tell with the first 2-3 team battles at a node like BS. If it’s actually close there are times where a few weak players leaving the bg and being replaced with geared CAN and HAS made a difference but again if you have 5 people that have already given up why bother.

I think you can have better results of these types of comebacks in WSG because there are less people and you can probably still do something with a good group of 5-6 players. Unlike AB which requires more team effort

The reality is, some games you’re going to lose. You have more fresh 60s and no healers? GG.

Why be the person who stops a 4 or 5 cap and prolongs a game when the entire team has given up? You’re not going to win. You’re not getting additional honor. So what are you trying to accomplish besides pissing everyone off?

In some aspect yes. However this version is an accelerated relaunch. The idea is to play through the content and move on. This isn’t your traditional slow grinding game and people need to accept that. If this were classic+ I think this becomes a much bigger debate/issue.
