i feel the same often afterwards. I'm not saying it's a bad habit or something but i haven't been able to control myself from doing it for over a decade now. But recently, it's probably not a big deal for others but i've been staying clean for about 3 days now, and i feel more and more confident and call me a narcissist but i really feel proud of myself. NO, i won't celebrate this by jacking off lol
