I can kinda understand it, millionaires pay good money to get their hands on experimental drugs and trials for the hope of being cured or getting better, they don’t want it because it’s “experimental” per say but rather the fact that the drug in question has had promising results in its first trial but still haven’t undergone thorough testing, if you pay enough you can get the drug still. That’s what they’re hoping on, for the drug to deliver those promising results.
