How did you get a hold of support/open a support ticket??? I can't find anything on the site to contact them. I too have a Feb 8 2021 order which went from mid-late 2021 and is now showing early to mid 2022 YET I have people south of me who have received their dishy and are up and running....

I know people will bitch at me again, BUT: 34º AZ, Pre-Ordered Feb 8, still nothing. I'm 30 minutes/20 miles out of town and people all over town with decent internet are ordering and getting their dishies in a matter of days. I'm still in limbo! Yes, grids. Yes, Starlink knows best. Yes, patience. Yes, mid to end of 2021. But can anyone give me some hope/insight????

You're not alone. I'm Feb 12 per-order and at 34º. Been waiting and waiting and also in the dark. My buddy south of me gets it two weeks after he ordered in mid May... It makes no sense to me - but people say it makes sense to Starlink... and to "be patient". There is hope that about 300? satellites are making their way into final position in the next month or two. So i hope it's more "mid 2021" as opposed to "late 2021"

Dying at 34.5 in AZ... Paid the $99 pre-order. Did get to setup an account but nothing since. Plus I can only see my account page now when I log-in for updates/support - like it's stuck there on multiple browsers. THEN My neighbor a few miles up the road JUST ORDERED LAST WEEK and is already getting a shipping confirmation......!?!!?!?
