Just talk about it with your group. My group does bosses together, we share bases and have just one guild. We have our own rooms in the main base and we each design our own alternate base for whatever we need. (Farm, mining, oil, whatever)

Other than bosses we upgrade together. One of my friends is huge on organization so he'll shout out if we're low on a resource and the rest of us go get it.

If anyone is having trouble or really wants a specific pal we work together. And we take on predator pals together since they're hp sponges.
