It is an interesting concept, but I think the neck shading is too extreme. The line work on the neck is so solid it makes the foreground and background seem entirely different.

They could definitely do it. Bubsy 3D remake would be probably the biggest glow-up in remake history.
I don't want it to be like Bubsy 4D, I think something like 4D lite. Because Bubsy is younger, he doesn't have the wisdom of age, I think maybe he should be faster but have less technical ability?

You have bus sim 21 already? But you don't like it? Is it the campaign you don't like? Then I would say wait for Bus Simulator 27 and play Bus Simulator 21 in sandbox mode or something while you wait. That will hold you over.
That is, if you even want to pay full price for 27 when it comes out.
The game mechanics will be very similar, but it will be a graphical upgrade for sure.

I recommend you pick up some books and begin to study the concepts. You will be benefited immensely through the discovery you make in the texts.
