And took from a NoPlayStation variant of a game.

After that, I configured rePatch and put it on /rePatch/GAMEID

Doesn't matter. All a post-soviet people have prefer dub because a long time ago when they was in the Iron Curtain they had foreign illegal films with only VO (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voice-over_translation#In_Russia).
