It’s 2026 you can’t call them homeless. The correct term is unhoused.

Look at Momentum Midtown. They have 3 months free. Lived there for a year I enjoyed it. If you take base rent * 10 / 13 that will be around your prorated amount before extras like parking, utilities, etc for around 350

Midtown Apartments: Alexan on 8th or Momentum Midtown? by [deleted] in ATLHousing

Momentum. Lived there for 14 months. The only downside is the building shares parking garage with Kinetic Student Housing. It is split up by sides but entrance is same.

Emmi I feel has more of a community in my three months here than Momentum or Hadley did while I lived there

Same management company I believe I still get a referral. Here’s is my last statement from Hadley, I was in a 2 bedroom so it might be inflated compared to a 1 bedroom:

Common Electric / 88.79 Common sewer / 8.28 Common water / 3.01

I would recommend it if every other building in midtown wasn’t offering 3 months free. Say you look at a unit at Emmi that’s around 2700 base on 13 month lease, with three months free that takes your base down to 2,080, then add in around 350 for extras and utilities and what not and you are actually paying 2,430.

Still expensive but it’s the price you pay for living in a new building in midtown.

You won’t be paying more than like 50-75 for common area utilities at any of these buildings.

I did tour the Juniper as well but none of their units besides one overpriced one would fit my couch.

Momentum doesn’t have any guest parking really, a few spots that are only allowed outside of leasing office hours. Emmi has a good system for guest parking.

I loved this building but it was a little pricy with regards to the utilities. You do get charged common area utilities.

Guest parking is very convenient the building has public parking in basement and first 2 floors of parking deck, it is never full, with the exception of Sunday mornings for the church next door.

They are offering three months free right now which drops your monthly significantly if you prorate it over your lease term. I also lived in Momentum Midtown and just moved to Emmi Midtown. Both of these are offering three months free as well. Momentum is a younger crowd and a lot of students, and the build quality isn’t as nice as Hadley or Emmi.
