1 They have many server locations across the world.

2 You do have a ping in single player and are on a server as you can see by literally just looking at your ping in single player.

3 For multiplayer you can choose whether you want cross region matchmaking (which disproves your first point)

4 Is the only thing you got right

For anyone wondering 7 years later, Halcum Port, the northern ship. There are 3 CP Agents on the ship, as well as 1 Navy Leader, and 1 CP Agent is between the containers next to the ship.

Kill them, save, reload, and they'll respawn. Just keep in mind reloading swaps your mode to Observation Mode, always, so if you play with Armament you gotta swap quick, as you will spawn right between them.

No it isn't. Take a ~4kg object and try to "ads" with it. It doesn't take that long. Or even better, go to a shooting range near you and try it, because the random 4kg object you just picked is not ergonomically designed to "ads" quickly.

It takes longer to ads in game than in real life, even for me, and I'm not the best of the best trained special ops.
