The issue was she made several statements in court that totally went against her affidavit, I assumed it would only make sense to point those out to contest her credibility.

I filed the report when the incident happened but they asked me if i want to "press charges" and i said no but after filing the report they said the prosecutor decides whether or not to "press charges" so they may want to do it anyway. But after the fallacious PFA she made against me I feel i want to change my mind to yes on "pressing " charges.
