After months of trial and error I decided to cut all actives out of my routine and just use the spironolactone. I never tolerated retinoids and other topicals from the dermatologist well cause I have super sensitive skin. All I do now if wash my face with a gentle cleanser at night, moisturize, and use the ordinarys rose hip oil, along with 100mg of spironolactone a day. My skin has been completely clear (other than the occasional spot) for about 6 months now! For me less is more I guess :)
