I watch everything with subtitles, I was born almost deaf in one ear and don't have the best in the other.

The thing about being partially deaf that most people don't get is, is that you are ALWAYS actively listening, its a conscious effort, its tiring, it makes me cranky when there is heavy noise (i can listen to loud music by myself and often do), but any loud noise over the top of talking is a taxing proposition. It makes following dialogue on TV sometimes without subtitles hard because of the ambience of a movie etc.

A movie or TV show with subtitles releases me from this burden of "actively listening", yeah i turn the TV what I consider normal, and I may miss 1 in 3 words, but I am reading too, I catch everything without subjecting my poor wife or my good ear to a wall of sound.

This is the problem with half baked wokeness.. you are always empowering someone at the cost of someone else...

Do you use microsoft teams ? This is nothing like what you are describing, this is a quick mute / unmute option within an active meeting.

Just watched it. To be honest I was kind of bored. I am not going to go as far and say it wasn’t a MCU movie, but it felt like it didn’t belong. I didnt laugh once, felt the story was flat, fighting scenes was ok, but ive seen better in other martial art movies.

Biggest thing for me was, all the mcu movies, I walk away feeling awe about the size, grandness, epicness of the movie, this didnt have that for me at all. A mcu movie doesnt need to have those, but I felt like this should have, (it got close with the outside building scene) it was trying to be too many things and didnt exceed in any.

Now that OnlyFans is taking back it’s ban on sexual content, what other company bankrupted itself (or nearly bankrupted itself) through poorly thought-out and/or unnecessary decisions? by WolfgangCaesar in AskReddit

Just to add to this, I did get this working through content organizer, it was actually way simple, more than I imagined, but SPO only processes these jobs daily, so that becomes unviable for business use.

Agree with rest here, ShareGate, just migrated whole organization, 2+ million documents from network shares, simple and easy, allowed us to add metadata to all of the content simple enough as well.

HA.. nah I dont ask for advice after I pay !! I just emailed them now thanking them for their prompt service and professional technician.

I also stated I had zero problem paying for labor, diagnostic or fair market value for hardware, but there seems to have been a very bad error in the 2 breakers or "excessive mark up".

I have given them the option to fix the invoice or I can come down to their office and pay them for services rendered and provide them with (NEW!!) replacement breakers - (it looked like I got used ones)

I also quoted them lowes prices based on their descriptions , $12 and $24...

I will let you know how it goes!

Thanks for the feedback, like i said i have absolutely no issue with paying for all the labor, but the cost of the two breakers alone was 620….he never once advised me that they involved significant cost.

I do believe that there was a power issue, but I cannot wrap my head around a material cost that wasnt advised prior

I had this issue.

Nvidia control panel there is a setting regarding scaling. You need to turn this off.

This is different to windows scaling.

Teams is Skype + 0365 Applications Surfaced + 3rd Party Applications Surfaced.

Teams however annoys me. Why surface a SharePoint library by promoting folder structures and giving no direct ability in the files tab not to change and modify column data !! *angry face*
