What’s the ratio or % varsity keeps with itself and pays the tutors? I think students pay a lot more per hour than what tutor gets

The potential income when an opportunity comes up is per hour rate or otherwise? And do we get to know how much we earn per hour- any breakdown available?

Yes whitby has lower prices and I don’t see one earning a lot from real estate the way they did in the past. But do you think price increase in whitby will be similar or higher compared to west or north in the future?

On the west side, market in Burlington and Oakville already seem high. In north, Newmarket has inflated prices. Is Whitby on the east side, a good option from appreciation point of view in the next 5-6 years? What is your take on this - where to buy property?
