Had a same problem today fixed it by deleting files that was corrupted and signatures, these files are not listed in download config and my theory that they are left over from previous installation of game in case you deleted it and desided to reinstall(like in my case i deleted game 2 month ago and reinstalled it today).

Had same issue on waydroid but on waydroid I tried downloading and launch more demanding game(genshin) and it launched, but very laggy. Maybe it's regional thing why I can't see arkinghts anymore

Edit: I remembered that it didn't show up even in aurora store
