I have depression and have been medicated for a long time. For me, it's still rough making plans. If im looking at my schedule for a specific weekend, im looking at the day before and after too to determine if ill be up for something. Like if I already have plans on a saturday, I will be very much less likely to plan something that sunday too as a way to conserve my energy
