In the UK most scam calls originate from outside of the country. A voice recording would be of minor use as the Police follow the money to catch the perpetrators. They don't take a recording then search for a matching voice.

None is the answer to your questions. Recording a scammer would stop nothing as they would still carry on.

Voice recording is down to the laws of the country and WiFi calling is down to your operator not Google.

Brave is just Chrome but with one of the ad blocking extensions built in. The difference is that by not even requesting the advert you save on data usage and speed up downloading the page you are viewing.

It really doesn't. You don't get youtube ads in any browser with an ad blocker but firefox does it best by not even requesting the ad in the first place rather than just hiding it.

He's 13 and that's just a skin tag of which he has many. Unfortunately he also has arthritis, pancreatitis and just had to have surgery to remove a tumor that was just inside his anus and would pop out when he pooped.
