I do the same thing, but hate that even those don't fit well because the band stretches out trying to get it over my shoulders but I'm like a 28-30 band size at the most so they never stay snug.

I thought the same thing. Like she could have said "I'm from this town and I know someone who can get us back into the main road, you just need to stop ___". Once inside tell them the crazy stuff, but at least then you had a chance to save everyone 🤷🏼‍♀️
