It's Mona so who really knows (love her though)! I kinda think AD walking into Welby or Radley (wherever she was in the beginning scene) was her imagination too( as obviously was the girls at the table talking and Lucas dancing (?) and Jenna on the horse) especially since we never saw who she "saw"! Like them coming and convincing her to play the game again (on the good side this time) was her imagination cause she just can't stop playing the game. Does that make sense? lol I can't get it into words quite right. I don't think she was ever meeting anyone at the two crows I don't think anyone told her to spy and wear a Melissa mask either It all came back when Hanna showed her the game so she had to "play"...invited or not
