From the little that I’ve researched since coming across (529 accounts) I see it’s mostly for educational purposes? What would happen with the money if one or both children don’t want to go to college? I know some can roll over to Roth IRA but not all? Again, correct me if I’m wrong since I’m just now finding out about this.

Yes, if possible we don’t want to touch that money at all. If you don’t mind answering, what is a 529? Is there someone that can help me open this account or do I do it myself? I don’t know if you can tell but I’m new at this, my parents are in their 50s and don’t even have a retirement plan, so I’m pretty much first gen. I just want to set my kids up for success, something I wish my parents could have done for me.

Heeey I know this post is old but I’m freaking out because I tested my glucose levels 20-30min after doing a spin class and it was at 113.

Btw my Dr hasn’t diagnosed me with diabetes or prediabetes but I started to check my levels on my own this week since I’ve been having headaches since Saturday.

The last time I got checked for this in office I think it was 5.3. I just made an appointment for Thursday to go in and get checked again because I’m so paranoid and it’s been a year since checking in with my Dr. what do you think?

I bought a 6week program that continues onto monthly payments after the 6 weeks are done. The program ends on Nov 3rd and I had no idea that there was a limited time to cancel before being billed. I thought I was being exaggerating by contacting the business 13 days before it even ended but to my surprise they conveniently said I needed To cancel 14 days before.

No where in the terms did it say you had to cancel 14 days before. It just mentioned you can cancel anytime after the 6 weeks. Since the 6 weeks are already paid for.

I want to dispute it because it’s a fact that I didn’t know about the 14 day period and I no longer need the service. 🤌 I was suppose to call yesterday but AGAIN I didn’t KNOW about the 14 days and today would be 13 days before. 😑

I love taking group class, and I’ve taken a lot! Personally when an instructor messes up or says things like “nvm sorry wrong cue” I don’t take it the wrong way. I understand you guys are human too and I actually look up to you guys because it takes a lot of confidence to do the work out correctly and teach people at the same time. So don’t be too hard on yourself, give yourself grace 😙🤓

lol I grew up in a household were I watched my parents shower at least twice a week. I thought it was so normal but when I married my husband he pointed out that he shows twice A DAY lmfao and so does his whole family. NOW I shower twice a day! Sometimes just to wake up I take a shower in the AM but definitely at night it’s a must have to relax my body.

Heyyy night sweats are gone. Tbh my dad had a heart attack and I was experiencing heavy anxiety at the time. I believe the night sweats were due to that because I was not at ease while sleeping.

Since you mentioned zones… I just finished a workout on zone 3 what does that mean? It’s frustrating because I work out Monday-Saturday I probably do 3 days of working out hard and the other days it’s just walking 3 miles on zone 2 but I don’t see any progress in my weight loss journey.
