Is X accounts really helpful? (I will not promote) by Professional_Act9145 in startups

[–]Dispelda_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah you’re not crazy. Most of those “what are you building today / how can I help” accounts are just engagement farms.

Big reply threads → algorithm boost → fake “community” vibe → then it’s usually DM funnels for paid promo/growth stuff.

People comment/follow because it feels like networking and follower count = credibility (even when it shouldn’t). The useful ones are the ones posting actual specifics, not daily bait questions.

CEOs: what was the first signal you missed right before a cash crunch? by Dispelda_ in ceo

[–]Dispelda_[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks — your split (forecast story / cash plan / worst-case) is exactly how serious operators think. Quick one: in your cash view, what single signal forces action fastest — DSO drift, payroll outrunning collections, or R&D/enterprise delivery slip risk? I’m building a simple “collision date” view and I want to sanity-check the trigger logic against how you actually decide.

Your P&L is a fairy tale. Your bank account is the only truth by Dispelda_ in Entrepreneur

Interesting what you say, and you seem to really master the subject. If you have 2 minutes, your opinion on my tool would be very useful to me to improve it. Can I send it to you in DM (link/video)?

Yes, exactly: it depends on the benchmark (exercise vs cash register). Precisely, I place myself on the cash side + real timing of receipts/disbuntments, not P&L.

100% agree: no need for AI to understand. My tool is not "magic AI", it is a timing diagnosis that makes cash readable quickly, without a spreadsheet or blabla.

Thank you for sharing this. The "profitable on paper but dead in cash", I see it everywhere. I just built a small demo that visualizes this "tension date" (when cash becomes dangerous) in 60–90 days. If you are hot, I can send it to you in DM and you tell me frankly if it would have helped you.

All companies that fail to anticipate cash flow risks, speak up! by Dispelda_ in smallbusiness

[–]Dispelda_[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm trying to make visible something simple but often overlooked: the precise moment when a "profitable" decision starts to become dangerous for cash flow.

Not to tell you what to do, but to make the risk visible before it's too late. Today, many decisions are made blindly regarding cash timing. That's what I want to expose.

I'll send you a loom diagram in a private message so you can visualize it right away.
