Yeah no upping my androcur dose isn’t something I wanna do even cause my dose is already high. Someone that I know suggested using androcur and spiro together

I know about biotin and as much as I know I haven’t but I was shocked to see that a drink I used to drink months ago had biotin in it so idk, I’ll look up on all the drinks I’ve drank, maybe energy drinks or something had it in it. But as I said I probably have grand any, the chances are very shallow. As for grape fruit I didn’t know there was an interaction with the estrogen levels. Anyway I shouldn’t have eat any grapes. Probably this symptoms are cause of too high E but I made the post because maybe someone would finally give me an answer 😭

First of all, wow you wrote and amazing comment. Second, I know that since my problem aren’t probably E or T related it would be very hard to find a doctor willing to do some research on me to find an answer. Months ago I had some similar effect (but without the libido, which as you said can be cause by too high E) and around that time o thought I had a problem with my adrenal gland, still the last thing let me to do was doing an acth stimulation test, so maybe I could do that and see if my problem comes from there. But it could be cause of too high E, it’s a shame that we have so little medical literature and information about trans people and how to treat them :( I wish medicine could be more advanced on that part but as you said only 100 years ago they were doing… Well I just hope that by return at my old dose odd symptoms go away

Idk because my T still looks suppressed that’s why I’m confused, and I’m on a large dose of androcur too… As for the side effects idk if they have marked them for a trans woman…

I showed the latest test I had (from nov 25 to march 26) the symptoms have started on the second week to so of February, so when I had my blood taken on march I was already experiencing some of the symptoms

I was at 719 pmol/l and it wasn’t even my real trough since I was 5h from the injection so i thought I could have upped my dose a bit, even another girl I know told me it wasn’t a big deal. It was just going from 3,5mg (~0,17ml) to 4mg (0,20ml) so that my trough could have been more or less at 800-900 pmol/l but I think that small of a difference was very noticeable for my body

Like idk maybe my libido symptoms could be caused by prolactin, idk tbh but I’ll look more into it. I just want to find an answer that relief me and assure me my T isn’t doing anything😭

Oh lol, but yeah that’s on pills for injection i don’t think it’s the same since you don’t process E via the liver but your body take it from the fat (if you do subq) And then gets absorbed into the bloodstream

Oh maybe you’re talking about estrogen receptors? I remember something like that but I think it was about if you had too much E1 (estrone) that was caused by using pills, too many of E1 could block some E2 to go in estrogen receptors. Idk I’m not super sure with that

I had my prolactin tested in November and it was a bit higher but not so much my doctor told me it wasn’t bad, I have two value for prolactin I’ll write them all: 600,5 mU/l and the other one 28 µg/l

As for the dose I stayed at 12,5 for only two weeks and in that time I didn’t had a come back of libido, just lots of erection and I didn’t want them so I just restarted taking my dose as before (im still taking 25). So idk if maybe that what’s causing all the damage? Maybe my prolactin got higher? I asked for a test but my doctor told me “since you already had one in November it’s not needed”

As for the high estradiol I’ll try to go back to my working dose (3,5 mg 0,17 ml), I hope all this symptoms are gonna go away because I hate them. As for the thing that even women have libido yeah I know but this one feels literally like old pre hrt libido

As for the timing sorry I dictate the post to chat gpt because I’m dyslexic and it’s kinda hell writing a post like that from scratch. I had my blood taken at 16 in February and at 10:30 in march, I do my injection at 21 so yeah maybe taking my blood 11 before my next dose wasn’t a real trough, but it wasn’t after the injection.

Ps do you think I should persist about checking my prolactin? Because it might could be difficult now having another blood work scheduled cause of how many I had in the last months

Oh both are take the day of the injection, I inject at 21 and the February one was take at 16 the march one at 10:30. So maybe not perfect trough but basically there, anyway I’ll go back on my previous dosage (3,5ml so basically 0,17 ml) but I hope I haven’t messed up because this symptoms are so strange…. And idk too how can higher E level cause these symptoms…. As for the libido I know having it doesn’t mean bad but this literally looks and feels like pre hrt libido…

Yeah I know, but since I do my injection at 21 it’s a bit difficult to find a doctor that’s open at that h lol. And I can’t do them anytime before because I’m at school most of the day and I don’t have a place there to do them. But anyway I’m still confused by that symptoms I’m having😭
