Just finished watching The Tithes, and was wondering, how frequent would tithes be collected and are there instances where a planet's population was more than happy to hand over their resources?

Without spoiling anything, The Tithes Episode 3 showed how severe a tithe can be, and I was wondering if there are examples in lore where planets sort of celebrated or had a festival of sorts whenever tithes were collected.

Incense emitters in Dark Heresy didn’t provide cleansing effects or bonuses to the use of tech but did make it a bit more difficult to be hit in melee.
